My mother and I looked very hard and went through many places even having one on hold when we found Indigo Creek. My mother is living in an a apt. for the first time in her life due to the death of our father on dec, 1st.They were married 56 years and she was not sure she would feel safe in an apartment.I must admit the place looked inviting and they went on and on how safe it was here and all about the security gate. We both have had several surgeries and were too, also looking for a place with jacuzzi's. They also stated that there was always a courtesy security patrol day and night.Where they are noone knows.We are nearing our leases end and couldn't be more elated. This place is full of crap and the office people are all knew and treat you like crap.. Since we moved in last Dec. the so called security gate has worked adding all the working days together this past 11 months and if they are lucky it may add up to 20 days total. 1 day here 2 days here 1 week here and now every time we pay rent they say "the gate is fixed" so no one ------- and they lie real good too. The jacuzzi's have never worked either in the past 11 months. Oh sure they get hot and they are slimy and never clean. As far as three sparkling clean pools thats a lie to, the only clean pool is the front pool, the back pools are dirty and never look inviting nobody uses them for this reason. Rarely do you see anyone there unless it is an evening college party. And there are lots and lots of college kids here which is cool if they are cool some are just here for the party! And the parking lot is like manzanita speedway, your lucky if you dont get ran over. the place is not real quick with fixing things like lights you need to walk through the place so you don't kill yourself. None of the lights above your one designated covered parking space work either. And by the way your one designated spot is no where near your apartment.the maintenance people are good its just there are only 2 maybe 3 now with 34 buildings 1,200 plus apartments.so dont be sucked in by the security gates they never have abd never will work for more than 24 hours at a time. the jacuzzi's will never work we were told by a previous manager that the residental corprate alliance that own the place wouldn't spend the money it would cost to get the jacuzzi's going because they need knew ones. Remember too,only 1 swimming pool is sparkling clean and is safe enough to swim in.We are very dissapointed and had intended on staying here for quite sometime. But with the lies and promises to fix things being nothing more than that we have already found heaven and can't wait to get out of here. You pay over 900 a month for a big tub, washer and dryer the thinnest carpet I have ever seen. And lets not forget you have to pay the water bill for your place which includes sewer and garbage charges that run you approximately 30.00-40.00 dollars per month which you add to your rent.Noone told us about that when we moved in.The words luxury is just a ploy to get more money out of us renters.SO make sure you add 30.00 plus dollars to your rent for the water garbage and sewer. And never expect to ever have a working gate its all a big lie I know people that have lived here over 5 years and they never work longer than a few days then they stay broke. The jacuzzis will never work even management told us that.And that courtesy security patrol left with the old office people now your llucky if you see a guy on a bike 1 or 2 times in 30 days. This place is ALL TALK! ALL MONEY!NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.UPSET IN GLENDALE. The better business bureau is looking into this place. false advertising among other things.

If you are going to criticize someone, and make an intelligent argument, it is always a good idea to use good grammar and correct spelling. You make no case for yourself when you sound like an ignoramus.
