We moved out of Indigo Creek in October of 2008, it is now February of 2009 and I still haven't been able to get money they owe us.
We over paid a few months rent, and have been trying to get it from them as soon as our lease was up, they have our money tied up some where and keep making excuses as to why they can't give it to us.
No one returns phone calls, no one even answers their phones, it's utterly ridiculous trying to deal with these people.

we moved out shortly after new management took over. i had to fight to get my deposit back. they tried to charge me for carpet replacement due to pet damage. um hello, i never had a pet and the carpet was in bad need of replacing anyhow.
i had to continuously call and dispute. i finally received a check when i told them the next call would be from my attorney.
the old management was so much better.
