Very happy, overall.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
My wife and I moved in in August 2005. The apartment wasn't ready so we were immediately wondering what we had gotten into. The staff were extremely apologetic and saw to it that we were taken care of. Apparently it was just a miscommunication on when we were moving in. They are friendly and sincere and have been great other than the move-in snafu. Since then we have had a few minor maintenence issues that were quickly resolved, including a middle of the night call for a blown A/C fuse in mid August. It was fixed within the hour. The grounds are nice with the only exception being that they tend to over water at times which can lead to muddy paws if you have a pet. The community is very quiet but I would advise new occupants to seek a place that doesn't face 67th Ave. as it can be a bit noisy at times. Parking is usually a snap. My wife uses our assigned spot and I park in the open spots. Occasionally, if neighbors are entertaining, I have to park further away but never more than 100 yards. If you are looking for a clean, good value apartment in Arrowhead you should look here.
