Oppressive Management

The management of this Facility resorts to oppresive management tactics by trying to scare tenants with little white notices constantly delivered to their doors. Then when the tenants approach the management in an attempt to "resolve" said issues, they are required to "kiss up" to the manager indulging in "small talk" re: fingernal salons and the such. If the management spent as much time cleaning up the premises as the did hassling tenants this place would be much more habitable.

Although not the most eloquent review, this person does have a good point (and its still going on as of June '08). They are referring to the management's habit of communicating with residents via letters left on the apartment doors. The problem is not with the letters, however. The problem is with the tone of the notices themselves. Every notice I've ever received, no matter how mundane, is written along the lines of "We know you're guilty, now prove you're innocent before we slap you with an eviction order." The management is incapable of notifying residents about paperwork snafus or property issues without placing blame squarely on the residents. Ironic, since the mind-boggling incompetence of their staff is usually the root of the majority of their own complaints. Do yourself a favor, and check out other options before you decide on this place.

I agree. I recieved one of their "notices"claiming I was usingmy patio as a storage yard. The items on my patio were a result of their inefficient, ancient water heater blowing up and flooding my patio. I had also notified the staff a WEEK before said notice was delivered informing them the stuff was there, I was ill, items heavy and would move them as soon as possibly could ( a few days) . They said it was ok with them and were all cheerful then, blam! this notice. They also accusedme of parkinga non working car on their property(it was inmyspace) and was working. I was carpooling so hadn't driven it for twoweeks which concerned them... I ammoving at the end of mylease. They've had enough ofmymoney.
