Well, to start with - they only have 1 individual working on the weekend. When that person is busy showing apartments to potential renters, there is no one available to assist existing clients! We have stopped in 3 times over the past 2 weekends and have not been able to get assistance. In addition, the gentelman on duty at the time was extremely rude every time we went into the office.
The 'gated' community aspect is a joke. Half the time the gates are broken and the other half people are tailgating to get in. Defeats the purpose of advertising for a gated community and promoting safety!
The carpet in our apartment was worn and probably should have been replaced before we moved in. There are ceiling fans in the livingroom and bedroom, but when they are on, the 'plastic' blinds rattle making an annoying noise - making it difficult to hear the tv and sleep.
Neighbors have barking dogs - at 10:30 at night which they don't control! I will be sumitting a complaint to management. Hopefully they'll do something about it.
Fitness Center - what a joke! I could go to a thrift store and get better cardio equipment. One of the two treadmills that they did have was always broken! We pay rent to sustain this Fitness Center and it's a piece of crap. It needs to be revamped and updated big time!
Thank goodness this is a temporary situation for my husband and I. I would not recommend the complex to anyone looking for a well managed, well kept, clean and friendly environment.
