I lived at Laguna for a short while because my husband got orders to Korea shortly after we rented our apartment. It was a great experience. The office staff was great! Maintence was very timely. The pool was always clean. The landscaping was beautiful. I loved the apartment itself. The floorplan was different and very spaced out. It seemed huge. Overall, I really miss Laguna. I hate my apartment now and wish I could move back! Move here! Oh, and there aren't roaches. The person that complained about that must have brought them with him/her. Or maybe they were really dirty! :)
