My family and I own 2 apartments in this complex and enjoy living here. It's clean the atmopshere is friendly and laid back and for the most part the quality of tenants seems to be better than you would find in most apartment situations. I am not sure where that person came up with cockroaches everywhere, but I agree with the other tenant who noted they probably brought them from wherever they came from because I never see cockroaches or any bugs for that matter. I live in once of the few third floor apartments in the complex and at the end of the day I am happy to come home and relax here.
