Central Phx @ Arrowhead Prices From: MedikatedMama Date posted: 5/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   This apartment wasn't worth half the rent I was paying. The "security gate" was broken 3/4 of the time I lived there (over a year). The police had to kick down a neighbors door at 3:00am (they lived right above my 2 kids and I). Every complaint was met with a HUGE hassle. The beautiful LAGOON stinks like dead fish 90% of the time!! It's really a crappy place to live.
