because those are the people who will be visiting you at this complex late at night to break into your car and steal everything they can get their grubby hands on. The complex claims they have a "security patrol" Yeah, a cop drives through once a night between donut breaks to satisfy the office staff. The last 6 months I spent here were like a nightmarish cross between hell and a trailer park. I personally believe the complex must recruit from both locations. The lake smells like Hollywood and Vine, the staff with the acception of Loring the maintenence guy are rude and you never know who you will see when you go into the office as they cannot keep any employee with the exception of their manager who I believe may be Satan but I cannot prove it. There are roaches, crickets and grasshoppers everywhere. If this state ever gets nuked the only that would survive are the roaches and the staff at this complex. Also, it's insanely expensive and the rent includes NOTHING but stress and drama. And trust me, it will not matter how long you live here, if you are 1 hour late with your rent you're screwed. May as well make the check out for the additional 35.00 right there on the spot. The security gates are a joke around the complex. The only time they will work correctly will be in the event that a massive structure fire breaks out and they will manage to trap the whole community in. Which reminds me...fire...yeah, there was a fire...it was a small one starting in the wiring on a third floor apartment inside an outer column...it took the complex 6 weeks to get the holes patched and the mess cleaned up. And I hope you don't have expensive tires, because you can kiss them goodbye and count on picking up nails in the parking lot. Also, when your vehicle is broken into, count on the residents watching and not doing anything about it and THEN coming up to you later and telling you that watched the whole thing happen just to add insult to injury. Yeah...if you are planning on living here I hope you know what you are getting into. Seek psychiatric attention.

This is hilarious -- obviously a bad experience, but very well written!!! I'm glad it's all better now!
