This is a great place to live and I recommend it to all my friends and family. Laguna at Arrowhead Ranch is the first place I have lived where when I got my apartment keys to move in everything was perfect inside my apartment, no stains on my carpet and my kitchen and bath room were very clean. The whole staff is so awesome. Everyone is friendly and professional, anytime I have work to be done in my place they come over the same day!! I looked around at all the near by apartments and this place has the most spacious apartments by far. I even get a lot of sunlight in my first floor apartment. I love the pool. It always looks perfect and inviting, I swim down there almost every day!!! If you are thinking about moving you should definitely come here, it is the best apartment complex around.

Because of this (and many other current, positive reviews), my roommate and i have chosen Laguna for our next home. Thank you all for posting; i feel confident in my decision because of your taking time to write. On a side note, we decided *against* a very nice looking, comparably priced complex because the $1000 price tag came with *worse* reviews than our current hellhole (North Mountain Village at 35th ave and Thunderbird). Thanks again, everyone!
