This apartment was in my top 2 choices for renting. I loved the complex... it's relatively small (I think about 170 units) and very beautiful with the "lakes" in the middle of the complex. The location is on the corner of a highway and a busy street so it can be a little tough to get out, but not too bad. It would have been very convenient for me to get on the 101 to go to work. I'd recommend an apartment facing in to reduce the noise from the streets. I liked both the 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans. They were average in size and there were some nice touches like a built-in "desk" in the kitchen. The fitness center and pool are small, because of the size of the complex. An extra perk is that the office has complimentary memberships at a nearby gym for residents to use if you're really serious about working out. There are also DVDs for borrow at the office. The biggest reason I was interested in this apartment was because of the office staff. I ended up visiting twice to get more information and both people I talked to were really nice. I came about 20-30 minutes before closing during my second visit and the women didn't make me feel rushed at all and even stayed an extra 10 minutes or so to let me check out a vacant 1 bedroom to see if I liked the floor plan. (I only visited the 2 bedroom model the first time.) I also witnessed first hand that the office staff knew the residents by name, which I liked because it makes me feel like they care about the residents.

The reason why I didn't choose this apartment was because I decided I liked Scottsdale a little better and I was getting an extremely good deal by renting from the same management company of the apartment I live in now. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for something in the Arrowhead area.
