We have been at Laguna for a year, and so far, we are rather pleased. Except for a few bothersome neighbors, our experience has been positive.

The maintenance staff respond quickly to our few problems, and are outgoing, communicative and friendly.

The management staff is professional and competent, and get to know their residents since the complex is so small. We don't even have to give our names when we get a package in the mail, they know who we are!

The apartments are roomy, and the accent walls add a nice decorative touch. The walls are well insulated, and we were suprised to find our new, larger apartment at Laguna cost us *less* than our old place for cooling/heating because it was so well insulated.

I would highly recommend Laguna if you like a quiet, clean community. This is *not* the place for the twentysomething party crowd!
