I live in these apartments currently. I wish i could get out of the lease. I completely regret moving in.
My apartment has the worst cockroach problem. Roaches have been a problem since i moved in. Roaches crawl all over everything night or day. They are not shy. I've tried to get the problem fixed in conjuction with the management but they do not believe the enormity of the problem.
There have been several management changes. and the current management refuses to honor promises made by the previous management.
It can take months to get things fixed. Simple things.
The grounds are nice. There are ducks.
However, the ponds overflow, the sidewalks are covered in duck excrement, the tennis court is in shambles, the playground is unsafe for children (I found a large piece of glass near where my children were playing), the swimming pools are green and closed often.
The office staff is rude and the current magager is very condescending. She likes to give lip-service.
There is no way I would sign another lease. There is no way I would recommend this place to anyone else.
