I read the note from the previous manager and want to set the record straight if you want service, honesty a place to truly call home please drive by Maryland Lakes Apartments and all other CNC Investment properties. They allow thier employees to steal from the company and compensate by raising the rents, failing to follow through, and refusing to to correctly repair things in the apartments. There are roof leaks they wont repair the ponds are always empty they will not pay for security and that is why people get held up by gunpoint in the parking lot. My apartment was broken into twice and I am an employee they would do nothing! There is no lighting in the parking lots the property is roach and termite infested

Ok first off their is potrol here now. And I have been here for years and never seen any bug!!! And wouldnt live here if there was. Also I think that it has changed alot. The new office staff and maintance are great. I have never had any problems in fact they have gone over and byond for me more tan once. One thing is that there is alot of gosip here. And everyone knows everything about everyone. Its like a small town :) And the outside look great now also. I would recomend these apartments to everyone.

I have to agree, I think the management is posting responses to make it look great...a word of advice, if you look here, stroll around the grounds, take a look at everything. Then make up your mind. Drive through at night....with you doors locked and a big dog in the car....
