I dont know what drugs the previous "nice" posters are on, but they must be potent!

This place is a slum with a capital S!

There are abandoned cars, and trash everywhere, including laundry and junk hanging off the balconies of the apartments. My car has been broken into and vandalized, and there have been several attempted break ins since I installed the car alarm.($$$) I have had 4 flat tires in this parking lot....all crap I pick up in my tires from the junk in the lot...its never maintained or swept out or anything. (More $$$)

The trash can area is a pit. It stinks half a block away. Its not that trash service isnt coming around, its that the pigs here cant manage to throw their trash IN the can. No one will clean it up either...such a lovely summer aroma!

The leaves just pile up all over the place cause they are always "in between" groundskeepers.... can you say fire trap' The front appearance is nice, with its fountains and pond, and I notice that the non-existent groundskeepers are up front there mowing and cleaning up all the time. Gotta maintain the illusion I guess. But go through the complex and you will see dried up ponds with scummy stuff, mosquitos and oil in them. The low life kids in the complex use them for play areas, trash cans and a source of rocks to throw at your windows. Duck and pigeon poop is all over the stairs and sidewalks, you cant avoid walking in it... it stinks and you drag the smell into your apartment on your feet....yuck! Can you say health hazard'

Management says they will take care of problems but they never do. The pasive/agressive behavior of the managements really runs thin after awhile. The management will lie right to your face, and never flinch. No one seems to have authority to make decisions, its bait and switch off to someone else, then back again. I sincerely am concerned for the memory problems of the manager, I hope its not early dementia. Management will say one thing to you and another to the next tenant, then pretend that it all never happened.

At night the "big kids" come out to play and there is even more noise. There are drugs and thugs all over this place. Its a tweekers paradise. I have had to call 911 for loud domestic fights, drugs, and gunshots originating from within the complex. I think I know all the 911 dispachers by name now.

Kids run wild all over the place, noise noise and more noise! Management says they will take care of the problem, then never do. Its like living next to a schoolyard and its always recess. The activities for the kids the previous poster is referring to is the run-down play area, which has broken glass and trash all over it. Cant blame them for not wanting their kids to play there, its a drug infested rat trap.

The tennis court that is advertised is a one slot court that has had no net for the last two years I have been here, (maybe they will get around to putting it back up soon hahahaha!)the paving is major cracked and unplayable anyway, and you have to crawl through a hole in the fence to get into it, if you would actually want to.

Oh and the pool....lets see, last year I got 2 swims in it, after which I got my first ever bladder infection. The rest of the summer it was "closed for repair" and chained shut....the ducks loved the privacy! The back pool just didnt have water in it at all. This year, the pool is open since mid summer, although it still looks very questionable as to water clarity and quality....lets just say I wont ever swim in it again.

Things dont get fixed cause they are always "in between" maintenance people. We were here amost a year before they finally fixed our toilet correctly...ditto air conditioner... Oh yeah and the shower too. The roof has had a leak in it since the day I moved in that gets almost the entire one room's ceiling wet...not to mention it leaks on all our stuff, witch is now ruined. The stove cant be cooked on because the heating calabration is so off, that food is either boiling over or not cooking at all, with no in between temp available. The outside lights to the complex had been broken most of the time I have lived here....but its amazing what a call to the city code compliance can do. They fixed the lights within a week after that!

I agree with the other posters about this place being a nightmare, but at least you can wake UP from a nightmare. This horror show just goes on an on and on, ad nausium! If you are planning to move here, Im sorry that I will never get to meet you....I am breaking lease and out of this hell hole!
