I AM CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE HORROR OF MARYLAND LAKES, OR EMPTY PONDS APPARTMENTS!!!
WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. MANAGEMENT IS FOREVER CHANGING AS IS MATANENCE. THE STAFF IS UNTRAINED NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING AND FORGETS EVERYTHING!!!

the grounds are dirty with garbage every where. hold your breath when approching the garbage area, there is garbage on the ground around it all te time. the grounds are not kept well. there is duck and pigeon poop all over the sidewalks. the ponds are empty with the aroma of a sewer, now being used for toys, garbage and a play yard. there ugly and gross. the play yard is a dangerous place to be, covered with garbage and , the basketball court you crawl into thru a hole in the fence, the tennis court pavement is all cracked and broken and if you even wanted to try to play on it, think again. there's never been a net in it as long as we have been here. since we have been here the heated year round pools are mostly closed, not one of them operates in the winter at all they allow they to become green and scummy, neither of the spas work right, one even had poop in it. outside lighting is a joke. som etimes there is some lighting, most of the time there is none, light poles are vandelized, and allowed to remain that way. one more down or broken by the kids, forever down. the lights in the parking spaces are hardly ever on so cars get broken into, our car has been broken into twice and taged once vandelism is a real problem there are electric boxes and cable ect... that have been broken into and left that way. there ar holes in the walls of the buildings pealing paint. and this the exterior of this place.

our roof has been leaking for a year they were supose to be fixed last year. yet when it rains we still have to pull everything out of our closet because it rains in there too. getting something repaired takes forever, IF EVER!!! our kitchen sink leaked for six months, they finally got around to repairing it after many calls when we called that it was running steadilly, and even that took a few days. 3 times we have had leaky toilets, water every where. when they did come to fix it they continued to leak and we finally fixed them ourselves. the staff here seems to be un trained for their jobs. for the last month our dryer has been broken and has yet to be repaired, in addition to some other things.

there are alos guns shots we have heard from within the complex. and security is hit and miss mostly miss. management told us that they had to have multiple complaints of vandelism to hire a security person. this was afte our car and 3 others were broken into in two days that i know of. i have to say we do have security now. they have done that finally.

this is not a good place to live unless you want to live in the getto!

prospective tennants please walk thru this place if your thinking of living here, because what you see when you first drive in is not what you see if you walk thru. the front is nice looking, they just fixed it up. while the rest of this place is crap. and managment lies, i think the last thing i experienced was new tennants being told the pools were unlocked or the locks were broken and gave them no key. when actually the locks were working fine and management blocked the gats open with rocks. how safe are your children here'''

we are looking for a new place to live presently, cant wait to get out of here.
