All the ponds except the one by the model apartments are empty and filled with trash and scum.

I noticed on my walk to the mail boxes last week that even that one last pond is being neglected now....the smell of rot can be smelled from across the complex....I thought someone died or something. Unfortunately I think it is also the rotting bodies of the beautiful Koi that used to inhabit this last watery refuge in this god-forsaken complex.

I guess even management has given up on this hell hole... they certainly dont seem to care. I see moving vans in the parking lot every weekend now...I hope they are moving OUT, not in. Save yourself! Dont rent here!
