Over the past 4 or 5 months this place has really cleaned up. The new management team is great and trys very hard to stay involved with the property and the resident issues. They are finally fixing the roofs!!!! I hear they might even be filling in these ugly empty ponds. Im ahppy to say this place is on its way up and im happy to call it home! I would recommend this place very much.

I agree whole heartedly. We lived there for a year and a half, and broke our lease. especially after having our bed soaked from the monsoon two summers in a row, and to no avail, no roof repairs. i have pictures of what the ponds looked like when i moved in, and what they looked like when i moved out. believe me, the city of glendale got copies.

We lived there 5 years ago and at that time the ponds were being shut down. The management told us then that they were going to fill them in with dirt because it was to expensive to repair them. There was only one pond that had water in it. They had tried to fix the pumps in it but to no avail. Sounds like nothing has changed in the time since we moved out. Management at that time was a joke and sounds like it still is.
