Has anyone been by this place lately or met the new office staff. I took a look at the model the other day and was impressed. The entire property is being painted the trees are being trimmed! This place looks totally different and the staff was increadably helpful. I read most of the previous reviews, but the changes that I have seen in person are enough to convince me to move in. I hope others will give Maryland Lakes another chance!

I agree that the property is looking TONS better. The office is open and the people seem very nice. I just had my gargage disposal changed and didn't have any problems.

I'm still waiting for maintence to come to my apartment, i have been waiting since last week. I wouldn't give maryland lakes a chance, just because they are changing things on the outside doesn't mean that they are changing things with the inside of the apartments.
