Meadow Glen is an affordable apartment complex for first time renters but it is far from five star. The tour shows you the front by the main pool that is nice and luscouis but they don't show you the dirty second pool, the dog feces all over the property, or the dirty grounds with little to no landscaping done. The restricted breed rule is not a problem because all you see here is rotwielers, pitbulls, and german shephards!
When we first moved in the cabinets were all broken, there was no pantry or linen closet, the walls still had nails from the previous resident, the holes that had been fixed in the walls were patched with globs of drywall and not even sanded afterwards, and the shower doesn't get clean even with professional auto shop cleaners! Every one in the office is rude after you move in and don't really care about the residents.
The lights on the walkways, in front of your door, and over your parking spaces don't work and service requests take close to two weeks to get any work done and only if you bug them. The sound levels outside the apartments aren't that bad but unless you like hearing your up and downstairs neighbors argue i wouldn't count on peace and quiet.
Parking is also pretty bad to the point that people have to park on the loading ramps or at the qt gas station next door. And if you feel like having a warm jacuzzi don't count on it because it works half the time. I'm sorry to say but this but I really would NOT recommend this to anyone.

It can't be worse than Paradise Village. Don't even get me started on that dump. We looked at the apartments at M.G. and at the time the landscaping wasn't lush. But, they said it was due to the season and the next week new grass would be put in. Sure enough, next week it was lush. I don't care about the pool cause I don't swim. As far as a jacuzzi, be lucky to say your jacuzzi isn't warm. Some people don't have a cold jacuzzi to complain about. Dog poop? Face it, that's everywhere. Every dog poops. Walk around it. Maybe it takes them so long to respond to maintenence requests because well...have you ever notice there are more than two tennants living there? All this takes time. Wait your turn. Two weeks is a long time to have to wait. I'd give it a couple of days and then " check on the status of my request". That sounds better than " bugging them". You catch more flys with sugar than with vinegar. I'm still moving in there. Looks like a fine place to me. Hey...it's a hundred percent better than Paradise Village on W. Aster Dr in Phoenix. Those people have a very distorted definition of the word " Paradise".
