This is a great place to live. If anything has happened or have had to go to the office, my requests have always been answered in a professional and friendly manner. Of course there are a few residents that do not fit in to our peaceful atmostphere but hey - once management knows about them they are not there for long!!!! The scenery is great and the maintenance guys do their best to keep everything clean and tidy. Maybe if a few more residents carried doggy poop bags it would make their job a little easier. This will be my second year here and for the money and the area you would be hard pushed to find anything better. It would be nice to have more parking but HEY!!!! what else is perfect in this world.

I've seen residents let their dog poop and then just walk away and leave it. So, I agree this is the fault of the resident. But, also I see ducks walking around the grounds and pooping as well. The ducks are migrating and they stop by to use the pool. . At least something uses the pool. But, anyway, the really big poop is duck poop and who's to clean that up?
