Well the place is pretty small for the price I'm paying but it's not like I didn't see the apartment first. The only problems I have are that I live in a 2 bed 2 bath and in my master bedroom the AC sucks real bad and we told the management about it when we first moved in about 8 months ago and they said it's just cause of how the apartments are setup then about 2 months ago it just stopped working completely and 5 days later they got someone to come put a brand new one in and I guess they were right cause we still get little air in the master room when the other room is ice cold. Hmmm... another problem I had was with a resident who has a big ass black dog and doesn't control it very well, when me and my 2 year old son were walking down the sidewalk her dog tried to attack him and she couldn't even control it, my son screamed in fear and she just looked at me with no expression on her face...ugh. I believe there is new management now and they started to mail everyone's rent and water bill and charge a bill processing fee to mail it of 4 bucks which is dumb. The only other thing I can think of that I hate is that the mailboxes were broken into in February I believe which was almost 4 months ago and they still haven't fixed the boxes yet so we have to pick up our mail on 59th ave and Beardsley and without a car this really sucks for us. I have no idea when they are gonna fix them they tell us that they can't tell us a date, ok whatever. They're not that bad apartments though other than that...we have two storage areas and private patio which we love and a washer and dryer in the dining room in which the dining room is very very very small. As far as maintenance goes, I've had good and bad experiences with their timing so I guess it evens out average. The landscape is nice, people don't clean up after their dogs enough, but that isn't the office's fault. The pools are ok, I wish they would have stayed heated but they said the electric bill was too high :(. The weight room doesn't have a whole lot of stuff in it but isn't bad either. They give you tokens for free water too fill up your gallons or five gallon jugs for free if you ask them which is cool, and that is located at the pool with a vending machine too which is nice. So, overall not bad but there are a few things which I think you will have problems at every apartment complex. AS far as safety, well this is Phoenix so you should expect crime, can't complain to office about that, it's not their fault. They should have security though, but there are always cops at the Quik Trip next door ha ha. They close all but on of the gates after 10pm I believe. The staff is very friendly too and works with me when I need them but I'm not sure about the new management... I live in a 2 bed 2 bath which is 800 or so SF so it's pretty darn small and I pay almost 800 bucks a month plus you have to pay all your utilities yourself, so I think I could have found a lot better for the money that's all, but it's not bad if you don't mind that amount! :)

I live here now. I've lived here since 12/06. I have to say I really enjoy living here. I'm going to renew my lease. I only have two..no..three complaints. #1..roaches. We had a few roaches when we left for vacation...just tiny ones; but still. When we got back two weeks later and yes..our apt was clean when we left...we had an infestation. We called and the man came out on Tuesday and sprayed. He must have sprayed chocolate, cause they just got worse. We asked again and they are to come Tues. and spray again. #2: Noisy neighbors upstairs. A very young, immature couple has moved in over us. They stomp and drag things around all night. When we hit on the ceiling to let them know they were getting a little too loud, they just hit back in the same pattern that we hit and then they got louder. We told the office and they said they'd give them written notice. They were quiet for a while. But, tonight they are back at it again. It's 11:30pm and sounds like they are bowling up there. If I call the office to leave a message, I don't really know if they will respond later.
They did put in new boxes. I like the way they did it. You don't have your apt number on your box now. That will cut down on the theft. I also like the loading docks. It comes in handy when you bring home groceries, you can pull up to your door, unload and then park in your space in the parking lot. But, some people abuse it. They or their friends will park pick up trucks or other cars there for hours just to run in and visit. This way, if someone has things to unload, they have to carry them uphill from the parking lot. There's nothing really done about that. I've seen the golf cart dude that works here just ride by and not attempt to find out who those cars belong to.
The office staff is always very nice and accomadating. I just wish they would enforce the noise rules a little better. Other than that, I'm quite happy here.
