first the management sandra is a ---- she sleeps with the owner and other guys, their is hardly any mantance done anywhere, their are bugs in apartments they are constantly sparying, their are people smoking weed everywhere, the pools are unkept, people's cars are consantly getting broken in to, they dont pick up the dog crap, they chage you for things that you dont even use and when you ask them to fix something they do a half---- job or dont even come plus the bathroom has mold and they still didnt do anything about it if i were you i would stay away and rent somewhere else unless you like bad experences.

It appears there are thoughts about the manager and what she may or may not be doing. I have encounter this manager and she was nothing more than professional and pleasant to speak with. With further review of all the comments posted on this web site I would suggest everyone check this place out and come to your own conclusion rather than take the opinions of some ignorant people that are better off not living there since when living there couldn't take it upon themselves to speak up about cats, dog, ducks, residents, or managment to better the place they called home. It takes a community to work together to keep it clean and nice rather than excpecting the workers there to keep it up 24/7. Who lives there you are them......
