Decent apartment, but Glendale is a dive

I lived in Newport Landing for 10 months and found the staff to be extremely nice. No problems moving in or out. No underhandedness.

I would agree that there is a problem with security, as I frequently came home and saw police there. Glendale is not the greatest part of the Phoenix area and it's reflected in several of the apartment communities there. If you want more security I suggest moving into a gated community. You will pay a premium for it.
