THIS PLACE IS GETTING WORSE. We moved here from NY, and can't wait until our house is completed in Nov. The pool in front of our apartment was unusable for three weeks, and when the pool boy couldn't correct the chemical levels, he cried sabotage. Yeah, right. Every morning I breathe a sigh of relief to see my truck made it through another night without being vandalized or stolen. It seems that every morning the staff has to replace the broken lights on the lampposts that the kids smashed the night before. When I mentioned putting security cameras up, or at least dummy cams, they looked at me like I had two heads. More often than not the office staff screws up the monthly billing, and then seem to be annoyed that they must tell you how much is due. (For out of state people, apartment billing is done a little different out here). Parking SUCKS. You get on covered spot and have to fight for another spot. Shelf space in the kitchen is a JOKE! Plates need to be turned on their sides in order to ?fit,? and good luck finding room for at least half of your kitchen wares. COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES! Big ones, I mean inch and half cockroaches. Enough said.
