Management needs work

Staff is too small to adequately manage large complex and maintenance. Lighting is very poor in many areas and poorly maintained. Landscaping is very nice, parking is adequate, pools (3) are generally
well kept and security is very good. I would be more enthusiastic about Newport Landing if they were adequately staffed, which would correct many of the deficiencies they currently have. Phase 2 is newer and built better, Phase 1 is a ghetto.
