I moved into the new phase of this complex in 2002...i was on the far west side of the complex, it was quiet, no problems..I could see my car from my patio and from my bedroom..had 1 neighbor and she was very quiet....I loved it..I decided to upgrade to the largest of 2 bedrooms for the extra space....they placed me into an apt near the main road. i didnt know that the apt was near the main road until the day i was moving in and when I tried to tell them i didnt want that apt, they basically said it was too late..now..im stuck with a 10 month lease, i cant sleep at night because of all the traffic (cars screeching, ambulances, fire trucks,etc..)..one of the street light blares into my bedroom...the medical building located across the street has an alarm which goes off at apprx 8:43pm every night..walls are so thin...that i can hear the neighbors shower...the neighbors above me seem to have a heavy step because it sounds like they are bowling up there,my car was stolen and recovered by the cops a week later...i had to pay $100 to get my car out of the impound...then, a month later, my car got broken into..Now I fear going outside and my car being gone...i asked management why they dont have gates..they said it's too expensive to install and maintain..(so my thoughts are, if we pay rent, our stuff should at least be safe...they dont want to pay to install/maintain gates but it's ok for us to pay out the A$$ when our cars get stolen from their property) When i 1st moved here it was decent, liveable, but now, slowly but surely it's turning into the ghetto apts ive always dreaded being a resident of. Good thing my lease is up at the end up the year...I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...
