My husband and I have lived in many many apartments and homes over the years. Some have been awful, some have been bareable. However, Newport Landing is the worst we've been in considering it is across the street from very nice homes. The construction is awful, we hear our neighbors stomp and bang things. Management doesn't help.They tell us it's not their problem that the neighbors above us are making too much noise. The police don't help. We started banging back and the police came to our door. We are so tired of the situation we are moving out. We have to park two buildings away. The tenants with animals don't keep up if you know what I mean. Maintenance "fixed" our plumbing and we've had to ask management to have maintenance come back for the same repair. The outside has been painted since we moved in, and the painters got paint on our barbeque cover. We had to clean everything when we moved in. We bought our own microwave, washer and dryer and we can't use the dishwasher because of the grime. I normally wouldn't write a review of where I lived, but this has been an awful experience and we feel people should know what they are getting into when they sign the lease.
