Do not rent here, the place is going to pot. Management obviously doesn't care who they rent to (lots of evictions) and don't care that dog poop and trash litter are a serious problem. Crime wasn't a problem until management changed, and now it's significantly worse. The courtesy patrol is rarely on the property, and when they do it's a quick drive through and they're gone. They opened the pools 24 hours and now people have sex in the pool and spa, and some guy was even masturbating there in full view of everyone.

I've lived here a long time, and in the last few months it's definitely gone to hell overall. I don't plan on renewing my lease, and I don't recommend that you even consider moving here.
