Why would the owners let their property be run into the ground by incompetent management is mindboggling. I have lived here for a number of years and the last change in managers was a total disaster. They are obnoxious and must think they don't have any obligation to anyone. The place was better run when only two people were in the office after they fired the last crew, and they were top notch in comparison to these idiots. Nothing is done about crime, and courtesy patrol must hide from the criminals like everyone else.

Do yourself a favor, choose ANY place else.
