Great value for a great price. Try finding another apartment this kept up, this spacious, and with as many amenities as Newport Landing has for only $559.90 a month.

We have a large, great looking apartment, with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, incredible pool view, and the layout of the apartment is great. The complex is always quiet, except for sometimes you hear kids playing outside, but who is grouchy enough to complain about that'

I have a friend who pays $750 a month for an apartment that doesn't have as many amenities as the apartments at Newport.

And it's 1000% better than the horrible apartments across the street- Sunrise Village apartments. The management was rude, pushy, and when we walked into the rental apartment it took everything in me to keep from laughing at the disgusting tacky fake wood plastic they have decorated all over the apartment. And they try to rent at prices comparable to Newport landing.

What a joke.
