I live by the pool and rarely a night goes by when there isn't some idiot making noise or having sex, with someone or by themselves, in it. If you have eyes you can see that this place isn't maintained well at all, how long have those caports been smashed to hell' Months and months, and how many times have I SEEN car thieves trying to break into someone's car' too many, if anyone doesn't believe it just call Glendale Police, they'll tell you how bad the crime is here.

They apparently rent to anyone, including tweakers, sex offenders, meth cookers, illegal aliens and thieves. Well, if you want cheap rent and don't mind living with a bunch of reprobates, including the people who work in the office, this is definitely the place for you.

If you have a pet, don't tell the leasing people. Lots of people have pets and didn't pay deposits, why should you'

Westside Student must be on drugs if they think this place is nice or a good value. It is not safe and it is definitely a slum. Stay away.

It's sad that this complex has become such a nightmare. They don't care about tenants, and they certainly don't care that the property has become such an eyesore and slum.

I moved here from out of state and the apartment I rented was not ready. They told me it would take a week, so I told them to shove it.
