Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have lived in a lot of apartments but this is by far the worst. The office people lie, cheat and possibly even steal, and maintenance and security are non existent. I really hope you listen to the bad reviews and look at other apartments, even if it costs more because Newport is by far one of the worst in the state.
