I have had nothing but problems with Newport Landing from day one! I moved from out of state and was ensured a safe enviroment and a place to move into right away as well as a garage. I called three days before my move in date to confirm my 10:00 am move in time. When I arrived the apartment was not ready (they hadn't even cleaned it!) and was instructed to come back at 3:00. After numerous atempts throughout the day we finally got in at 6:00. When we asked about our garage they told us that there was a two month waiting list (I just now got one after 6 months of being on a so called waiting list).

The upkeep of this apartment complex is a joke! The lighting is non-existant due to the fact that they will not fix burnt out lights. The laundry room is so gross you feel like you have to rewash your clothes and the pool turns the occasional lime green for days on end.

If you do decide to move here my advise is to be sure you have a garage for your vehicles. Since I have been here my motorcyle has been vandalized 2 times (I have lived here for 7mo.) and it seems like there are auto thefts and vandalisums every other night.

I have NEVER lived in such a horrible enviroment. I hate to think I am stuck here for another 8 moths! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

i couldent agree more the managment does suck and they treat people like crap
