I moved there a year ago because It was close to where I worked:Banner Thunderbird hospital. They gave us a supposed 20% discount for me woking at the hspital.Big Whoop! The rent was still almost 1000 a month. A year went buy and we moved out at the end of our lease. It's been about 6 weeks now and they still haven't given us back our refundable pet deposit back of 150. My wife gets a run around everytime she calls..either gets a dipshit woman who can't speak a lick of English..or the manager won't return her call. Awfully funny how they got their money fast when we moved in but we can't seem to get our money back when it's owed.As you can see from the pics I took of the apartment..we left it in great shape. Therefore expect our money back!

When we moved out of here, we also had to wait way beyond the required ten days for our refund to appear---and it was Christmas and the baby needed formula. I was LIVID and placed a call to the office. The girl said she couldn't do anything about it-----the manager, Denise Hunter had left for out-of town. Several days later, the refund came in the mail, sent from California !! What----they couldn't give it to me from their office ? ! Bull ! That is just what i experienced MOVING OUT !
We were forced to LIVE in a cockroach-infested apartment with a new-born baby. After a conversation with the manager, she would not move us to another apartment because "we would bring the roaches to the other apartment" !
WHAT !!??? Who are you looking out for lady? Your tenant or your own butt ? DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!!! I can't shout it loud enough !!!
