I honestly like it here. My biggest concern was noise. I live on the second floor in the corner so I have no issues with noise. Another concern I had was parking. Everyone gets their own covered parking and if you have a second card its not very hard to find uncovered parking as long as youre back home before 8PM around that time parking closest to you can be alittle harder to find. The office staff is ok. I really like Jen, shes always helped us out and is always really nice about it. She always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Moving from Hell (Santa Fe Springs) was the best decision ive made. We got the biggest 1 bed room they offered and its pretty roomy for 2 people, I cant complain. We have our own washer/dryer, walk in closet, dish washer, and a pointless but cool LCD tv in the kitchen. The balcony view is not that great if you want something enjoyable to look at but if you like being able to see your car its a perfect view. They offer COX internet in this area so im happy with that and we are right next to ASU so our area gets great service. One thing I will mention is you hear ambulances every once in a while due to the hospital down the street but nothing is perfect. They gym could use some more equiptment, the pools are ok, and they really did a great job remodeling the office. My experience here so far has been awesome I would recommend this place to anyone.
