I have lived here for 1 year now. This place has a new manager. Things are starting to get better. The maint. men are fixing things so much faster. The new manager even sends out newsletters every month. The staff is a lot nicer and seem like they care about the place. I have heard that the new manager is strict and eforces the rules, but she is nice at the same time. This place needs that.
