I have lived here almost 8 months and have had a couple of issues. Maintenance is wonderful. They are very good at fixing things and keeping the complex clean. The leasing agents are ok, but I think the ones who work on the weekends are much nicer. My car has never been touched and as far as I know there has been no problems. I have had only 2 scarey experiences here. When I first moved in I took my 2 year old son to the playground and a man walked out of his apartment with a shotgun. He didn't do anything with it just walked out into the parking lot and back into the apartment. I didn't know if this was normal considering I just moved here from a different state. Needless to say, I never took my son back to playground. The other scarey moment was when there was a shooting. It was at midnight and the cops shot the guy. I guess he pulled a gun on them. Not really that bad because it was a domestic dispute and it can happen anywhere you live. Other than that is has been ok living here. I don't know that I would recommend this place, but you can judge for yourself.
