By far, the worst reputation for car theftss and vandalism. I lived here for 1 year and experienced the following...1) My car was broken into twice, shattered windows and slashed tires 2) My roommates car was robbed three times, her civic before that was robbed twice. 3) Apt mgmnt will not recognize their liability for anything going amuck, tenants are to enter and live at own risk. 2 bedrooms range from $680-750/month, well overpriced considering trailer park tenants and thieves patroling grounds.
One good thing to say...I'll be moving OUT!!!
