I pay my rent on time and when ever I have a problem and go to management they are really rude to me. I can sit in my apartment and hear them talk about problems or other tennants while they are smoking. Maitainence is wonderful and the grounds are kept nice. I have a neigbor who plays the drumbs and parties all night long and management has given them warnings but it does not do any good, they need to take further action!!! The pool was said to be heated hen I moved in it has been 7 months and the heater is still broken. Every single month since I moved in here we have had the water off somtimes for days, can't do laundry, take showers, do dishes ect.. and all they say is sorry.
