Things have improved for the best

I just moved out due to my new home purchase.
I could tell before I left that the new manager was doing a lot of things to improve the place. The people that live there seem to be a higher class of people now. The place, when I was there, became relatively quiet since the new manager took over. The manager walked my apartment with me when I moved out. She assessed my apartment fairly, which is more than I can say for other apartments that I lived at before.
I would have stayed if it were not for my home purchase.
