The place is really great. What makes it really cool to live here is that the management staff communicates to the residents. They even informed us that there was a couple of car break-ins. Break-ins happen everywhere-hell, Arizona is a border state. Glad I'm insured. Anyway, mangement took the inititive to noitfy everyone about it so everyone could be on the look-out for their cars. That took guts! The other property I came from did not post notices or anything to tell the residents what was going on.
Northern Lakes maintenance installed smoke detectors not only in the hallways of my apartment, but they also installed them in both my bedrooms. Most properties do not do that. I was in the hospital last week having surgery on my leg. The manager totaly understood that I could not pay my rent on time because of that. She was really understanding and worked with me this month. She is really cool.
I am a student at Glendale C.C. and I plan on staying here until I go to ASU next year.
