very bad management, all cars are broken into!!!!

I lived here for about 2 1/2 years, there was not one person whos car was not broken into incliding mine..
Anyway, the new management is shity, we got a notice to remove a black garbage bag that was next to our apartments, my husband said no, because it is not ours. The manager insisted and if we do not remove it they will charge us $50.00 in our next rent payment... Excuse me why should we have to pick up someone elses garbage. The manager then told us if we wanted to find someone responsible, to dig inside the garbage bag to see if we could find the owner!!!!
Yes, can you believe this.. She became the manager I believe late 2005 early 2005
For those that have current problems or future problems I recommend you report them to the BBB,(Better Business Bureau) We sure did.. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
