This place is also known as VISTANCIA they are trying to trick you. I lived in these apartments from 2005-2007 They are a piece of crap. The maintenence is horrible they dont fix things when they are suppose too I had a hole in my ceiling for months they would come and patch it and water will still leak from the top. The new manager is a B*tch she doesnt listen to what you have to say. And she puts you down and doesnt make the situation better.. They need to go back to the old management or get a new manager because she cant do her job. Her son is just like her watch out they will try to double team you. Dont call corporate on them because they are on her side. They wont even speak to you unless she approves it what kind of crap is that. I am trying to warn you now dont move there. I fulfilled my lease and then some and they tried to say I broke my lease and owe all types of money and I didnt give any notice so now collections is calling me threatening to put this on my credit.Corporate wont work with me now it comes down to me getting a lawyer aint that something.

You don't have to get a lawyer! Seriously, take it from someone who knows a little about this situation. I know they are charging you all of these move out charges, they have done it to everyone! Collection companies can call you all they want but they only get as far as you let them! Seriously! This is what you do.
File a dispute with all 3 credit burea's against the claim. Then inform the collection company that you will not pay unless they get a judgement against you. Most judges will not side with the apartment community if they take it to court.
Let this be a lesson to everyone who reads this! If you live there make sure you get c0opies of EVERYTHING! Also, be present during your move-out inspection! If you get lost and need advice email me at hrbfinancial@yahoo.com. You don't have to let them win, you just have to be smarter then them!
