We had two jeeps stolen, two windows broken, a license plate stolen, and an ignition pulled, totaling $15,000.00 in damages. We wanted to break our lease after we gave 30 days notice, and not have to pay the $250.00 lease break penalty, as well as not have to pay the continual rent they would charge when the apartment was vacated but not rented. They denied both those requests, and seem devoid of empathy and compassion. I would rather crawl over broken glass then rent there again. Renter beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, if the lease break fees are in the rental agreement, the management can enforce them. Also, cars being stolen is not the fault of the management. There's only so much they can do and they definitely can't keep anyone from stealing any car. However, in different aspects I find this place to be horrible.
