This place is a total ghetto. The quality of people that live here has totally gone down hill. We've lived here since 2002 and have recently started regretting it. The so-called "manager" is useless and an idiot. We've had one of our cars stolen and the neighbor next to us had theirs stolen-three time!!!! We've been infested with bedbugs from an adjacent apartment and the "manager" denied ever knowing what was going on. Well, I don't know how dumb she thinks I am, but the bug guy who came to spray us, advised us that he had sprayed for bed bugs adjacent to us. The "manager" had to let him in to that apartment!!! Go figure. The pooper scooper law is impossible to enforce so I think there should be NO pets. The pet rent and deposit isn't enough to enforce that people pick up after their pets. Not only does it draw unwanted bugs, it smells and looks NASTY. Which pretty much describes this place!!!! Unfortunately we have signed a 1 year lease, and are stuck here until March next year, so we have to tough it out until then and keep fighting with the idiots in the office!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!! This place is awful. DO NOT LIVE HERE

i kno wwhat u r talking about, the manager tracey is a total dumb dumb....she jus sits over there all day in the office eating cookies and watch the soap net work. i walk in the office one day to pay my rent, she had three people already waiting there, while she was eating cookies. she said she was on break and wasnt helping nobody till her break was up. the janitors, thats right janitors dont do nothing but sit outside n eat cookies to
