Parts of this post are just simply untrue. The maintenance team does not get things done within two days. However, I don't blame the maintenance staff, I blame the incompetent people the complex has working behind the doors. I was robbed AT GUN POINT in the parking lot of this apartment complex. The people in the office laughed at me when I told them what had happened. They said that the wall that had been torn down in the back of the parking lot would be fixed that week. It was not fixed until 4 MONTHS LATER.

Its quite funny how you admit that Olive Tree is a crime ridden, bug infested apartment complex in a bad area. Thank you. I wonder what your boss will think of this review?

hello to the 2 pinheads that posted on this post. i have lived here 6 months. the maintenance has fix things between one and two days. the maintanence works great here. i havent noticed anything of a wall torn down but i leav early for work usually. everything is great here. the people in the office is honest. i never been robbed being here.

I think it is so funny how the staff has no punctuation in there writing. It is no wonder the complex is in the shape it is in. The individual who posted the original message can't spell or complete a thought properly... I would re consider who you hire to work in your office and represent your community. Further more, if this is common education for Phoenix or Glendale, anyone would be better off home schooling. I think the person who wrote the original review should be DRUG TESTED!
