The area is nice and quiet. There is plenty to do around the area. The office staff is rude and bad mannored. They become very defensive if something is brought to thier attention. On New Years eve and day they were closed, when needing to pay with a credit card this makes it near impossible to pay rent prior to the 1st (especially when pay day is not til then) We were charged a $25.XX late fee due to this! How were we supposed to pay early, this is not in the agreement'! Seems to be a scam''''' Seeing as to how they do not allow rent to come in anytime after the 1st with out a late fee. Most apartments allow up to the 3rd of the month! When you are late you can't pay by check, just making your life more difficult. If it werent for the fact that it cost so much to move I would leave ASAP, and it might just be worth it. The noise is unacceptable and when I have called the office to complain nothing has been done. Domestic violence seems high. The only thumbs up I give is on location. Location, Location, Location! Mall near by, gas stations with decent prices close at hand, and Target around the corner. Blue collar middle class nice safe neighborhood. Watch out when renting here. Keep your options open. PS: Take my advice, watch the carpet, make sure you ask for new carpet when renting.
