Rancho Santa Fe Apartments

Nice complex,but apartments not well-insulated from noise From: Fonebone Date posted: 1/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Overall I've had a good experience here.The grounds are very well-kept and the maintenance staff responds in a timely manner.The office staff has been decent as well.My main complaint with these apartments is the lack of sound insulation.Noise comes in from all directions,particularly through the front door and window.The walls are also rather thin,as noise easily penetrates them.Also,the floor shakes when my neighbor's kids are running and jumping around.I don't think that two sixty-pound kids should be able to cause something like that to happen.If you can deal with the extra noise,then this is a fairly good place to live.
