Rancho Santa Fe Apartments

not a good place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007   After getting new management just over a year ago seems as though everything went downhill. The previous maintance people were awseome. They would be there in an instant to fix anything. These people have no clue. During this past winter I had complained about my heater not working...basically the motor just kept running and no heat came out (i have two kids). I called the office several times in regards to this matter and all I got was "oh your heater works" it blows out at 70 degrees....but I when I would get home from work the thermastat would always read 60 degrees come on now does that sound like the heater is working' And now I am having another problem with one of my bathroom sinks leaking. I had called and spoke w/someone in the office (not going to mention names)on Thurs the 22nd sais he would send maint. to look at it. I didn't bother checking when I got home from work because I jsut assumed that it would be fixed. I checked Friday the 23rd and it was not fixed, by the time I get home the office is already closed so I called the emergency Maint. number all I got was that he was too busy (yeah too busy just sitting around). Finally someone that I have never seen before showed up at 9pm to fix the pipe that was leaking. Well on Sat. it was still leaking I called again and when I told the person who I was and why I was calling they gave a slight sigh. My daughter has asthma and I can't afford for her to get sick if mold starts growing. So now I don't know what to do. Thank goodness my lease is up in July. Very poor cutomer service and relation with tenants.
